• I am a contract Project and Programme Manager and Director of Tim Coles Consulting Ltd.

 

• I have over 20 years experience of delivering large-scale change and over 7 years experience in retail operations management.

• I am passionate about helping people and organisations to understand what's required to robustly approach change and in supporting them to develop the the most robust approach and a solid plan.

​

• I thrive on facilitating change from ideas right through to completion.

​

• Whilst most of my experience is within supply chain and distribution, I can operate in any industry sector.  I have worked on aviation projects at easyJet and have experience of healthcare at Serco.
